At Cali Rich, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the order.
We always want you to feel confident shopping with us, so please read the policy below carefully.

🧾 Order Issues: Misprints, Defects & Wrong Items
If your order arrives with any of the following, we will replace it at no cost:
Wrong item received
Item is damaged or defective
Misprint or incorrect design
Wrong size due to manufacturing error
Poor print quality
➡️ You must notify us within 15 days of delivery.
To process a replacement, send us:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the product
3. A description of the issue
Email: support@calirichclothing.com (or whatever email you want)
Printify requires photos before we can issue replacements, so please include them to avoid delays.

📦 Returns & Exchanges
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size ordered
Buyer’s remorse
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong color or item
Please double-check your size, color, and shipping information before placing your order.

📫 Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages
Cali Rich is not responsible for packages that are:
Marked as delivered but not received
Stolen
Returned due to incorrect address
If a package is returned to the facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee may apply.

🚚 Order Cancellations
Printify begins production quickly.
Because of this, orders cannot be canceled once they enter production.
If you contact us very quickly after placing your order, we will try to catch it — but we cannot guarantee cancellations.
