Cali Rich Shipping Policy

Welcome to Cali Rich’s shipping policy. We want to make sure you understand how your
orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped — especially since we use Printify for
production of many of our items. Below is the full breakdown of our shipping procedures.
1. Order Processing Time
After your order is placed in our Shopify store, it typically takes 1–2 business days for
us to review, confirm, and forward it to Printify (unless noted otherwise for a specific
product).
Once your order has been submitted to Printify, production (fulfillment) usually takes
2–7 business days, depending on the print provider, current demand, and product
type.
Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees. During high-volume times (holidays,
sales), production may take longer.
2. Shipping Options & Timeframes
Cali Rich offers multiple shipping options, based on what Printify provides and what we
enable in Shopify.
Printify provides several shipping options:

*These times are estimates — actual delivery may vary. Economy or Standard orders may
sometimes be delivered to a parcel locker or post office rather than directly to your door.
3. Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated during checkout in Shopify.
We may offer flat-rate shipping or free shipping promotions; shipping rates are
configured to reflect Printify’s costs so we don’t undercharge. (We set up our Shopify
shipping in line with Printify’s rate structure.)
If you take advantage of a free shipping offer, note that the shipping cost is baked into
the product price on our end, but we still pay Printify for the fulfillment.
4. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once Printify fulfills your order, they will provide tracking information when available.
You will receive an email notification via Shopify (if you selected that option) with the
tracking link so you can follow your package. Many merchants check “notify customer
when fulfilled by Printify” in Shopify to automatically inform customers.
Please allow a short delay (sometimes up to a few business days) between when an
item is marked “fulfilled” and when tracking updates, depending on the carrier.
5. Potential Delays
While we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, there are several factors that might delay
your order:
Printify production delays (e.g., low stock, quality checks, high demand)
Shipping carrier delays (e.g., weather, holidays, transit issues)
Incorrect address: If the delivery address you provide is incomplete or incorrect, this
may delay delivery or result in non-delivery. Please double-check your address before
placing your order.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but you haven’t
received it, please contact us at Calirich925@gmail.com
We will work with Printify’s Merchant Support to investigate. According to Printify’s
policy:
If an order is lost in transit, we may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, Printify may deny free
reprint/refund in some cases; every case is reviewed individually.
For U.S. domestic orders: if not delivered in 30 calendar days, you (or we) should
reach out to Printify. For international orders, this window is 45 calendar days.
7. Express Delivery (Optional)
We may offer Printify Express Delivery as an option on eligible products. With
Express, production + delivery can happen in 2–3 business days.
Note: there is a cut-off time (Printify’s cutoff is typically 12 PM local time for the
destination) — orders placed after cutoff may take longer.
This is a paid upgrade option; choosing Express will incur additional cost.
8. International Shipping
We support international orders, but delivery times will vary significantly depending
on the destination. Printify’s Standard international shipping can take 10–30 business
days.
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply, depending on your country. Any such
charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about
possible import fees.
9. Changes, Cancellations, and Returns
Order Changes / Cancellations: Because orders are submitted to Printify quickly,
cancellation or modification may be limited after purchase. Contact us immediately
(within 1 business day) at [your support email] if you need to change or cancel your
order, and we will do our best to assist.
Returns / Refunds: Since our products are made-to-order via Printify, we don’t
typically accept returns for change-of-mind reasons. But:
If the product is defective or damaged, we will work with Printify to issue a
replacement or refund per their merchant support guidelines.
If there is a printing error or a problem with your order, contact us with photos
and a description, and we will submit a claim to Printify on your behalf.
